After you have had a test at the surgery (or in hospital to which they have told you that your results will be sent to your GP), you will then need to contact us to find out your results. It is your responsibility to contact us for your results and make any required follow-up appointments. We ask that all patients call after 14:00 when possible to give our doctors enough time to review results in the morning. As a guide, the following timeframes should be allowed before calling:
Please note that we do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. In this respect, we will only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given written permission for their release to another person, or if they are not capable of understanding them.
